Groovy Berry Smoothies
Try this really simple smoothie recipe at home:
• 1 pint freshly picked berries of your choice-rinsed and drained
• 1/2 cup of your favorite juice
• 1/2 cup whole, skim, soy milk or yogurt
• 1-2 teaspoon of sugar, honey, agave to taste
Mix up the berries, juice and milk in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Drink in your hammock in the sun with your favorite book, or make a big batch and have a party!
